· Manage import processes with a deep understanding of the freight industry.

· Ensure expertise in freight terms, LCL (Less than Container Load) and FCL (Full Container Load) console operations.

· Monitor vessel and airline schedules to ensure timely import operations.

· Ensure timely billing and payments to service providers, including shipping lines and freight forwarders.

· Maintain accurate records and manage documentation for seamless import processes.

· Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for smooth operations.

𝙌𝙪𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙛𝙞𝙘𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣:

·Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.

·Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with import-related software tools.

·Strong analytical and organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

·Knowledge of banking processes related to imports.

·Experience in tracking shipments through carrier web systems.
